This contest is looking for photos of pollinator-friendly gardens or landscaping: the photo can be of a very "wild" naturalized garden through to a very formal garden.  It could also be of landscaping that is pollinator-friendly.  While gardens with predominantly native plants will be given a higher ranking, all gardens that contain plants attractive to pollinators are eligible.  Please note that close-ups of flowers and/or pollinators are not included in this category.

There is no pollinator category in 2019.  Thanks for your past submissions!

By submitting a photo you give Pollination Guelph permission to use it in the course of our work, for non-commercial purposes.  For example, we may use it on our website, in presentations, outreach materials, banners, etc..  We will not share the photo with other individuals or organizations without the photographer's consent.  Copyright of the photo would remain with the photographer, and the photographer will not be restricted from any other use of the photo they may desire.  Pollination Guelph will credit the photographer wherever possible.

Photographers do not need to be present at the Pollination Symposium to win.  However, they are invited and can vote for their own photo(s) if they attend.  Details about the symposium are available here. Winners will be notified by e-mail if they are not in attendance.

Photographers will also be added to our e-mail newsletter list; however, they may opt-out by contacting us or by clicking the unsubscribe link in every e-mail.
